If an animal arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we require an email and texts with pictures within 2 hours of delivery time. We are a certified FedEx Live Harmless Reptile Shipper, shipping reptiles since the late 1980’s. Every single animal we have shipped, arrived alive and in good health.
Animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed as represented. We guarantee that all 100% hets are heterozygous for the trait indicated.
We generally ship FedEx priority overnight, hub-to-hub, as this has proven the safest method. Shipments go out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for next day delivery. Please specify if you have any special shipping requests. Shipping is weather permitting and scheduled directly with purchaser. We will not blindly ship.
Shipping costs are included in the selling price for orders above $2,000 US. For orders under $2,000, shipping costs range from $55-$100 depending on size of animal/s, weight of box and delivery location.
